MOBIUS Library Catalog - Search the MOBIUS Consortium catalog and request physical/print books be sent to Stephens for pickup. Books are generally ready to be picked up in two to three work days.
eMO Electronic Books - Search and view over 250,000 electronic books. Entirely full-text.
OverDrive eBooks & Audiobooks - Contains several thousand electronic books and audio books.

Suggested keywords for searching for materials in english + creative writing include:

Humanities International Complete
Content type: articles. Contains data from the Humanities International Index (2,224 journals and more than 3.4 million records), and full-text for approximately 1,240 journals.
Search Tips
When searching these databases, you will likely come across articles that are not immediately available. In such cases, choose to “Request It” and complete the process. Articles usually become available within one business day, although it can take as many as five days. You can review your request history and make requests from scratch by using the following link:
Finding Films & Videos
Resources
Content type: video. Digital Theatre+ is a performing arts database specializing in video content and teaching tools. It provides unlimited access to over 900 full-length productions and educational resources, such as material on poetry and playwriters.
Content type: streaming video. Contains more than 25,000 streaming videos covering a wide variety of academic subjects, including a number of documentary films and archival footage.
Content type: streaming video. Stream movies, documentaries, foreign films, and classic cinema. Collections include Criterion and the DEFA Library.
Stephens Library Catalog DVD Search
Content type: books, video. Search the traditional catalog for Stephens College books, videos, and more. The library offers a wide variety of films on dvd.
Search Tips
Daniel Boone Regional Library also offers films through Kanopy; please note that their selection of films in Kanopy may be different than through Stephens, so it is worth checking both libraries. Kanopy has a unique business model, with cost for the service being determined by patron demand and drawing down from an annually budgeted account.
Keep in mind that you can always ask for assistance with locating a film or submit a dvd purchase request.
Stephens Library offers dvd drives (usb connection) for checkout.
Adding “f:f” to an existing search, or using the format filter, can limit your search to items on dvd.

Writer's Digest - Writer's Digest is a magazine for beginning and established writers. It contains interviews, market listings, calls for manuscripts, and how-to articles.
The Poetry Foundation - The Poetry Foundation exists to discover and celebrate the best poetry and to place it before the largest possible audience.
The New York Review of Books - Every two weeks, writers publish essays and reviews of books and the arts, including music, theater, dance, and film
